Payment is processed through Shopify, a third-party service provider, and by submitting payment information you acknowledge that Shopify may process and administer your payment transaction on our behalf.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charge(s) for your order.

Any disputes concerning charges, payment processing, billing errors, refunds, chargebacks, or similar payment issues must be addressed through Shopify and/or the payment dispute procedures made available by Shopify. To the extent applicable, Crestar Games LLC may assist in good faith, but Shopify remains the primary platform for payment processing and related dispute handling.

We currently ship using UPS Ground or another carrier we designate from time to time. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by incorrect address information, carrier delays, weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, if applicable;
• proof of purchase may be required;
• certain items may be final sale or non-returnable if clearly designated as such at the time of purchase; and
• return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless we determine the item was defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds, if approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method, subject to Shopify’s processing procedures and timelines. We may refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

We may allow users to submit product reviews or similar feedback ("Reviews"). Reviews must be lawful, relevant, and respectful.

You agree not to submit Reviews or content that:

By submitting a Review, you grant Crestar Games a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that Review for Site operation and promotion consistent with applicable law.

We may remove or moderate Reviews at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.

Crestar Labs is a section of the Site intended for entertainment, community engagement, and personal use only. It allows customers and users to post ideas, house rules, rule variations, and other homebrew content for other players to try in their games.

By submitting content to Crestar Labs, you understand and agree that:

• the content is provided for social engagement and informal discussion only;
• Crestar does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy, safety, balance, legality, or suitability of any submitted rules variation or idea;
• any submitted content becomes the property of Crestar Games LLC to the same extent and under the same license terms applicable to Reviews under these Terms;
• Crestar Games LLC may use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit the submitted content for Site operation, promotion, and community features, consistent with applicable law;
• Crestar Games LLC does not provide compensation, royalties, or other consideration for any submission; and
• users remain responsible for evaluating whether any suggested rule variation or idea is appropriate for their own use.

You may not submit content to Crestar Labs that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, spam-like, or otherwise prohibited under these Terms.

You agree not to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system;
• scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
• impersonate another person or entity;
• upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or
• engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, may harm Crestar, our users, or the Site.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding our products, Site, or services, you grant Crestar Games LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any lawful business purpose without compensation to you.

The Site may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, and commerce platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms, policies, acts, or omissions.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party’s terms and privacy policies.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crestar Games LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:

• your User Content, Reviews, or Crestar Labs submissions; or

Subject to any applicable arbitration agreement or mandatory consumer protection law, the exclusive venue for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms will be the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
