What is Pawns Invasion?
Pawns Invasion is a competitive board game where players lead their king and pawns across the battlefield toward the opposite territory. With multiple game modes, players can choose between strategy, luck, or a mix of both while keeping one clear objective: advance the king and the most pawns to the opposite side and win.
What is the main goal of Pawns Invasion?
The goal is to advance your king and have the most pawns in the opposite colored territory by the end of the game to win.
How many players can play and What age is the game made for?
Pawns Invasion is built for 2–4 players, And the game is designed for ages 8+, with different modes that can feel luck-based, more competitive, or more strategic, depending on the players’ chosen mode.
How long does one game take?
Most matches take around 20–40 minutes, depending on the mode and how players choose to play.
What are the game modes in pawns invasion?
Pawns Invasion includes 4 game modes, letting players choose how they want to play: Peace Mode — A lighter race-style mode for casual play, where players move straight forward using dice without attacking. War Mode — The default battle mode, where players use dice to move straight forward, attack other colored pieces, and advance toward the opposite side with a mix of luck and strategy. Strategy Mode — A no-dice mode where players plan every move and use L-shaped movement to attack, protect, or advance their pieces and king to the opposite side. Party Mode — A challenge-based version of War Mode where losing pawns can trigger agreed-on real-world tasks or dares.
Do the game modes make Pawns Invasion hard to learn?
No. The modes are built around the same core gameplay rules , so players do not have to learn a completely new game each time. Peace, War, and Party Mode use similar movement rules, while Strategy Mode removes the dice entirely and uses a more strategic L-shaped movement system. The way you play may change, but the main system stays easy to follow.
Is Pawns Invasion good for travel?
Yes. Pawns Invasion is easy to bring to trips, gatherings, car rides, and game nights. The board folds to store everything inside, while the black support sticks and board pegs help keep the board flat and the pieces in place.
Do all players need to agree on the game mode before starting?
Yes. Players should choose a game mode before the match begins so everyone follows the rules for that mode. You do not need to learn every mode right away — once you understand the core game system, and the default mode rules switching between modes becomes easier because many rules carry over from one mode to another.
